By placing an order through this Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Orders are received when payment has been authorized and processed and are considered final upon issuance of a shipping confirmation email.
Risen Jeans reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment authorization failure, incorrect billing or shipping information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. In the event of a clear pricing error, orders may be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

9. Denim Product Characteristics
Color transfer may occur, especially with dark indigo garments. Natural fading, distressing, fraying, and wash variations are intentional design characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
